The Sustainable Fashion Academy (SFA) announce a new partnership with the The Nordic Initiative On Clean & Ethical Fashion (NICE).
An educational program called Design & Sustainable Performance will be launched for Nordic companies in which the participants will acquire the knowledge and tools they need to improve their social and environmental performance throughout an fashion and apparel product’s lifecycle. During the course, participants will also receive individual coaching to create an action plan for their work ahead. Workshops will be held both in Stockholm and Copenhagen and the course is scheduled to start in February, 2011.
Past participants of the same program have come from both small and large companies and have represented various types of apparel companies (fashion, outdoor, home interiors, etc.). They have been designers, product developers, quality managers, purchasers, CEOs and marketing managers.
For small and qualified companies, there may be an opportunity to receive a stipend to attend the program!
