  • Jonas Boutani Werner

    Jonas Boutani Werner works with facilitation, innovation and learning across the public sector, civil society and business. Through his work, he explores how citizen-driven innovation and local initiatives can strengthen sustainable societal development and create new forms of collaboration. Jonas is the founder of the non-profit association Massvis, runs Fantastic Studios and initiated the Network for Citizen-Driven Innovation.

  • Marcus Knutagård

    Senior Advisor

    Marcus Knutagård is a Professor of Social Work. Among other things, he is involved in a research project on the implementation of the Housing First model in Sweden. His research interests include eco-social innovation, housing policy, homelessness, and the significance of place in shaping how social work is organized—its moral geography.

    Marcus has known and followed Jan’s work for many years, primarily through Sopact.

  • Magnus Adenskog

    Senior Advisor

    Magnus Adenskog holds a PhD in Political Science and is an affiliated researcher at the School of Social Work and the Centre for Innovation Research (CIRCLE). His research focuses on democratic and social innovation, institutional logics, citizen dialogue, and collaboration across sectors and stakeholders.

    Magnus has known and followed Jan’s work for many years, primarily through Sopact.

    Marcus background is within entrepreneurship and business development with a focus on young and social entrepreneurs. He currently works with advocacy at Företagarna (The Swedish Federation of Business Owners) in central Sweden whilst studying Economics at Uppsala University.

    Emilia has extensive experience from the non-profit sector, in various roles including project manager, CEO, CFO, volunteer and board member. She currently runs Kind Impact Consulting, supporting organisations in managing, measuring and enhancing their impact.

    Jenny is a dedicated advocate for social entrepreneurship, driving sustainable development and addressing global challenges through innovative solutions. She holds an MSc in Political Science from Lund University and has worked in countries such as Ghana, India and Palestine.

    Pernilla has 20+ years of experience in the tech industry and works as a management consultant at Implement Consulting Group. Her passion is equality, inclusion and diversity and creating companies, team and cultures where everyone gets equal opportunities to develop and thrive.

    Emma is an impact-driven leader with a special focus on social business, establishing cross sector partnerships and building strong organisations. She has deep knowledge of social entrepreneurship from her years with Ashoka and today she works with social impact at Go Care & Seniorval.
